These terms apply to your download and use of the KsBatchTimer App (the "App").
By downloading or using the App, you agree to these terms.
If you do not agree, please do not use the App.
On Apple iOS devices, Apple's standard End User License Agreement (EULA) takes
precedence; these terms apply as a supplement to the extent they do not conflict
with it.
1. The Service

The App is a timing tool that provides multiple stopwatches, stopwatch groups,
countdowns, finish alerts, and alert sounds.

All features work fully offline. There is no account system, and
the App is free with no in-app purchases.

We may adjust features and the service in future versions, delivered as in-app
updates.
2. Intellectual Property
All content in the App (including interface design, text, icons, and sounds) is
owned by the operator or its licensors and is protected by law. You may use it only
for personal, non-commercial purposes; you may not copy, distribute, or use it
commercially without written permission.
3. Data and Backups

All data you create is stored only on your device; the App offers no cloud backup
or cross-device sync;

uninstalling the App, switching devices, or factory-resetting your device will
lose the data permanently; please manage important data with
that in mind.
4. Disclaimers

The App is provided "as is". Timing accuracy is affected by device performance,
system scheduling, and the state of other running apps; we
do not guarantee absolutely precise timing;

the App is an everyday timing tool and should not be used as the
sole basis in scenarios with strict accuracy or reliability requirements, such as
legal, medical, scientific, sports-competition, or financial contexts;

the operator is not liable for any losses arising from using the App in the
scenarios described above.
5. Limitation of Liability
The App is provided "as is". To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, the
operator shall not be liable for any indirect or consequential losses arising from
your use of or inability to use the App.
6. Changes to These Terms and Contact
We may update these terms from time to time; the latest version is always shown on
this page. If you continue to use the App after an update, you are deemed to accept
